I subscribed but haven't got anything from you. What's happening?
After you subscribed to our service you should have received a notification from our credit card processing company, InternetSecure.

Next, you should have received an email from us giving you access to your program. If you didn't receive this email, ensure that your spam filter isn't blocking our emails. What address should go in my spam filter?

However, you don't need the emails to access your program. Just login to get all of your material immediately.

How can I access my program?

How can I see previous months of my program?
 To access previous months of your program...
1) Use the login option above and you will be taken to the latest month of your program.
2) To see all of your previous month's content, simply click on the archive button located near the top right corner of the page.

I purchased the service for another person. How do I transfer membership?
 Firstly, send all emails you received from The Business Source to the other person. Then change your email address to theirs so they will receive any future correspondence from us (including the monthly reminder emails).

What address should go in my spam filter? - I haven't received some of the monthly emails.
The reason for this is anti-spam software is blocking the emails. To solve the problem be sure to add our email address - reminder@thebusinesssource.com - to the "whitelist" of your anti-spam software. In the meantime you can access all of your current and past summaries by logging on. Click here to log on and access your program.

Are the summaries sent via email or regular mail?
The summaries are in html format and delivered via email. They can also be accessed via the login page.

How can I change my email address?
To change your email address simply enter your old email address and your new one. It will be updated immediately. (Make sure you use the address you used when you signed up for your program.)
