I tried to subscribe with my credit card and the system rejects my card. What can I do?
If the credit card company that processes our orders (InternetSecure) declines your transaction it may be because the information was not entered correctly or the address does not match the billing address of the credit card.
For example, you may need to enter your home address instead of your work address. If either of these are not the problem, please fill out the mail form and mail in a cheque to have your order processed.
I want to purchase the service for another person. What do I do?
If you want to receive the receipt, register with your name and email address and then forward the first email you receive from The Business Source to the other person. Then change your email address to theirs so they will receive any future correspondence from us (including the monthly reminder emails). To change your email address click here.
If you want all correspondence to go to another person (including the receipt) then use their email address when you register. But please note, the name and address must match the credit card number or it will not be accepted by the system.

- Our Investment & Business Program offers the best of our Essential Business Program but also includes summaries that are specific to investors. If you're in the market, this program can help you keep abreast of what great investment minds are recommending you do with your (or your client's) money.
Are the summaries sent via email or regular mail?
The summaries are in html format and delivered via email. They can also be accessed via the login page.
